I forgot my password
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
I can't log in
Ensure you're using the correct email address. If the problem persists, email hello@grabbx.com with your registered email and we'll investigate.
How do I delete my account?
Send a deletion request to privacy@grabbx.com. We'll process it within 5 business days and confirm by email.
Quests & rewards
A quest isn't showing near me
Check that location permissions are enabled for the GrabbX app, and that you have an active internet connection. Quest availability is controlled by brands — if a quest you were expecting doesn't appear, it may have ended or reached its participant limit.
My quest progress wasn't saved
Quest progress is saved server-side in real time. If a step didn't register, ensure you had a stable connection when completing it. If the issue continues, email us with your account email and the quest name.
I earned a reward but can't redeem it
Reward codes are single-use and issued by the brand hosting the quest. If your code isn't working, contact the brand directly or email us at hello@grabbx.com and we'll liaise on your behalf.

How do I create a brand account?
Brand accounts are invitation-only at this time. Contact us at brands@grabbx.com to express your interest and we'll be in touch.
I can't access the admin panel
Ensure you're accessing the correct admin URL. If your account has been deactivated, contact hello@grabbx.com with your registered email.
How do I add team members to my brand?
From the admin panel, navigate to Brand → Team and invite members by email. You can assign brand_admin or brand_user roles.
Technical issues
The app is crashing or not loading
Try closing and reopening the app, then check for updates in the App Store or Google Play. If the problem continues on the latest version, email hello@grabbx.com with your device model, OS version, and a description of the issue.
Location features aren't working
The GrabbX app requires "While Using" or equivalent location permission to function. Go to your device's app settings and ensure location access is granted. GPS accuracy may vary indoors or in dense urban areas.
