1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GrabbX platform, including the mobile app, web admin portal, and all associated APIs (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GrabbX Ltd ("GrabbX", "we", "us").
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or brand, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use GrabbX. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@grabbx.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Quest participation and rewards
- Quest availability and reward pools are determined by the brand hosting the quest.
- Rewards are subject to the specific terms set by each brand and are available while supplies last.
- GrabbX is not responsible for a brand's failure to honour a reward after distribution.
- Attempting to manipulate geolocation data to complete quests fraudulently will result in account termination.
5. Brand accounts
Brands accessing the admin portal agree to:
- Create quests and rewards that are legal, accurate, and deliverable.
- Not use the platform to collect user data beyond what is necessary for quest fulfilment.
- Comply with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and data privacy laws in their jurisdiction.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract data or source code from the Service.
- Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content.
- Impersonate another user, brand, or GrabbX employee.
- Circumvent any rate limiting, authentication, or security measures.
7. Intellectual property
GrabbX and its licensors own all intellectual property in the Service. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to use our trade marks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service as intended.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of any data provided by third-party brands.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabbX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
